Financial Accounting Module

The Financial Accounting module is an easy way for admin users to manage all accounts. When any account is accessed, admin users can view a snapshot through the account specific dashboard. An overview of assets, liabilities, income, expense, bank and cash activity and recent activity can be viewed. For every account, details such as Account name, Financial year, contact Person, Email and Account status are stored.

It is straightforward to add new accounts and manage existing accounts. A detailed view of the assets, liabilities, income, expense and relevant details are also available. New ledger entries and finance groups can be easily added and managed.

InfoDBase also has reports that can be downloaded, which are specific to financial accounting. These reports include Balance sheets, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Ledger Statement, Reconciliation.
